• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers)

When you use VetClear, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device information (browser type, operating system, device type)
• Log data (IP address, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs)
• Usage data (search queries, clinics viewed, estimates created)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Display clinic profiles and pricing to pet owners searching the platform
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, subscription updates)

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Public Information

Clinic profiles, service listings, and pricing information are publicly visible to all users of the platform. This is the core purpose of VetClear.

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Website hosting

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.4 No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
