VetClear is a web-based marketplace that enables veterinary clinics to publish their service pricing and allows pet owners to search, compare, and estimate veterinary costs. The Service includes:

• Clinic profiles and service pricing listings published by veterinary clinics
• Search and comparison tools for pet owners to find and compare veterinary pricing
• Cost estimation tools for common veterinary procedures
• Educational content about veterinary costs and pet healthcare

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Clinic Accounts & Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

Clinic accounts require a paid subscription. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Content

5.1 Clinic-Provided Content

Clinics are solely responsible for the accuracy of their published pricing, service descriptions, and profile information. VetClear does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of clinic-provided content.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5.3 License to Content

By posting content on VetClear, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Pricing information is accurate or up-to-date
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Cost estimates reflect actual charges you may incur

VetClear is a pricing transparency tool, not a substitute for direct communication with veterinary providers. Always confirm pricing directly with the clinic before scheduling services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetClear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive pricing information

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
